Sutherland Cranio-Sacral Osteopathy

Cranio sacral osteopathy is a non invasive gentle technique developed by William Garner Sutherland. The technique assists with reducing muscle restrictions and re-aligning bone structures, and restoring the bodies natural cranial mobility. This can be used to help with TMJ syndrome, tinnitus, stress, pain disorders and neurological conditions, also exceptionally useful in new born babies for birthing strains and feeding issues.

GEMt Dry Needling

Dry needling treats muscle tissue by de-activating trigger points causing a relaxation and release of muscle tissue relieving pain and tension.
GEMt is a trusted and evidence based technique of dry needling, this is not the same as acupuncture. This technique is used by Osteopaths. This is useful for muscular spasms, pain, injuries and inflammatory conditions such as plantar fasciitis and tennis elbow.
